ThirdEyePat Photography

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking. Your session is confirmed once payment is received and the agreement is signed. All prices are in USD.

2. Session Timing

Please arrive on time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals over 30 minutes late may require rescheduling. If ThirdEyePat Photography arrives late, the full session time will be honored or an appropriate adjustment provided.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

7 or more days' notice: Full refund.

3–6 days' notice: 75% refund.

24–72 hours' notice: 50% refund.

One free reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours' notice. Emergencies and severe weather will be handled fairly. If ThirdEyePat Photography cancels and a new date isn't suitable, the client receives a full refund.

4. Location & Travel

Travel is included within San Pedro de Macorís, La Romana, Santo Domingo, Punta Cana, and Bávaro. Other destinations may require a custom quote, agreed upon before payment.

Clients may choose their location or request recommendations. Any required permits, entrance fees, or studio costs will be discussed before booking.

5. Image Delivery

Final photographs are typically delivered within 5–10 calendar days through a private online gallery. Delivery times for larger projects may vary and will be communicated in advance.

6. Editing

ThirdEyePat Photography maintains creative control over image selection and editing style. RAW and unedited files are not included. Technical editing errors will be corrected at no additional cost. Additional retouching may incur an agreed fee.

7. Copyright & Usage

ThirdEyePat Photography retains copyright ownership of all images and videos unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may download, print, and share delivered images for personal use. Commercial usage requires written permission or a separate agreement.

Client photographs will not be used for promotional purposes without permission.

8. File Storage

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their photographs. ThirdEyePat Photography will make reasonable efforts to retain files for up to six months after delivery, but long-term storage is not guaranteed.

9. Liability & Agreement

ThirdEyePat Photography will exercise reasonable care during all sessions. If equipment failure or image loss prevents delivery, clients will receive an appropriate refund or may choose a replacement session. A full refund will be available if the entire session cannot be delivered.

Both parties agree to communicate respectfully and follow reasonable safety precautions.

Nothing in these terms limits rights protected by applicable law.

By submitting payment, the client confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
