ThirdEyePat Photography

1. Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance must be paid 24 hours before the scheduled session (or 48 hours before studio sessions). Your session is officially confirmed once the deposit is received and the agreement is signed.

2. Session Timing

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If the client arrives late, the session may be shortened so it does not affect other bookings. If the client arrives more than 30 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled depending on availability.

3. Rescheduling

One reschedule is allowed at no charge if requested at least 48 hours before the session. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may require a rescheduling fee and will depend on availability.

4. Location

Clients may choose their preferred location for the session. ThirdEyePat Photography is happy to provide recommendations and guidance based on previous experience with photoshoot locations. If a location requires permits or permissions, the client is responsible for obtaining them. If photography is restricted at the chosen location, the session may be moved to a nearby location if possible.

5. Image Delivery

Photos are typically delivered within 5–10 days after the session through a private online gallery. Video delivery times may vary depending on the project.

6. Editing

ThirdEyePat Photography maintains creative control over the editing style and final image selection. RAW or unedited images are not provided. Additional editing requests may be available for an additional fee.

7. Copyright & Usage

ThirdEyePat Photography retains full copyright ownership of all images and video content. Clients receive a personal use license, meaning images can be used for personal sharing and social media. Images may not be sold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. File Storage

Clients are encouraged to download and back up their images after delivery. ThirdEyePat Photography will maintain file backups for up to 6 months after delivery, after which files may be deleted.

9. Liability

ThirdEyePat Photography is not responsible for injuries or damages that may occur during the session.

Agreement

By submitting the deposit, the client confirms they have read and agreed to these terms.
